great treasure i found…

great treasure i found…

i digitally combined all my photos of artworks together to create this collage!

i heart Lesley Riley’s TAP… so easy and so fast!

and i am seriously crazy and in love with chunky fabric books… hehehe

great discovery on my side today!… went to Laines and bought the materials for Sunday blog… so lost as to what to do this Sunday… walking round and round Laines… asking Cynthia what else to feature… finally got the transfer papers… GREAT GREAT GREAT product! it’s so simple, easy, fast and neat to use… especially i can use my inkjet with this transfer papers! as you can see the first picture… i transferred it to a cloth… it’s so clean cut and neat… and it took me less that a minute to transfer without effort… the backing came off very easily without me having to peel it… ohhh… so so so nice… and here’s my second fabric book! such a great treasure i found…

I wish….I can stop the time…

I wish….I can stop the time…

Back to my art journal at last… been soooooooo long to start one… hehehe… been playing with tags these few rounds because of the challenge Evelyn has came up with… my long weekend is coming to an end soon… here’s my art journal to end my sunday beautifully and start my monday fruitfully with my lovely children in school again… paint paint paint in this page… short of gesso and ran out to buy again to continue… in the end my new gesso sat beside me playing no part in this art journal page… hahaha… i am impulse as usual…. really wish to stop the time alittle while to do more of my personal things… arrrghhh… i got to bear with it till end of this month to get all my school portfolios done… jia you!

What i did to this page?

1) i spend my time using palette knife to scrape colour paints all over the page

2) did a tape transfer for the clock

3) stamped on tape, cut images from patterned papers and tissue papers, and stamp stamp stamp everywhere on theĀ  journal to create more texture… making it more messy… intended not to overcrowd the page but in the end… ooopsss… overdo it…

Nevermind… still like my journal cos i enjoyed the process more than the outcome… hehehehe… try the tape transfer and stamp on tape… fun fun fun!!!!
